Shawn McGarry is a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers and a Fellow in the International Society of Barristers. For more than 30 years, Shawn has focused his practice on defending health care providers and facilities, medical device and pharmaceutical manufacturers and product manufacturers.

Shawn is a highly experienced trial lawyer who aggressively defends his clients in state and federal courts and in binding arbitrations. He is also the President of Kipp & Christian.

He is an AV peer review rated attorney and repeatedly has been named by his peers as one of the top trial lawyers in the state of Utah in Utah Business Magazine and Mountain States Super Lawyers. Shawn is also listed in "The Best Lawyers in America."
