◼Biography

Patrick C. Burt is an AV Rated civil defense trial attorney. Mr. Burt concentrates his practice on professional malpractice defense, appeals, products and premises liability defense and personal injury defense. Mr. Burt began his legal career with the Arizona Attorney General’s office in 2004 where he quickly gained courtroom and trial experience. Mr. Burt joined Kipp and Christian in 2007 where he has expanded his experience by conducting numerous civil trials to verdict.  

Mr. Burt contributes to the legal community by volunteering time as a member of the Supreme Court’s Advisory Committee on the Utah Rules of Appellate Procedure, a board member of the Utah Law Related Education Committee and by teaching an annual Trial 101 CLE series, the proceeds of which go to The Young Lawyers Division of the Utah Bar.

Outside of the law, Mr. Burt is an avid reader, writer and father of two.
