◼Biography
Mr. Packham is a civil defense attorney who focuses his practice on medical malpractice defense. He represents healthcare providers and institutions in complex litigation, drawing on his background in both trial advocacy and client-centered representation.
Before attending law school, Mr. Packham worked in management, where he led teams, resolved customer disputes, and developed negotiation skills that translate directly to his practice as an advocate. His experience managing people and navigating high-pressure situations continues to inform his ability to guide clients through challenging legal matters.
During law school, Mr. Packham gained practical experience as a legal intern with the Committee for Public Counsel Services. This early courtroom experience strengthened his skills in oral advocacy and case preparation, which he now applies to defending clients in civil litigation. Additionally, he held leadership roles in the Student Bar Association and was an active member of the Delta Theta Phi fraternity.
Outside of the law, Mr. Packham enjoys spending time outdoors hiking, backpacking, and camping. He also values time at home with his wife, watching movies and television, playing with his dog, and reading fantasy novels.
