◼Biography

Licensed in 2010, Ms. Phippen joined Kipp and Christian in 2016. She has been a partner since 2021. In addition to trying multiple cases to verdict, she has argued in front of the Utah Supreme Court, Utah Court of Appeals, and the Tenth Circuit. Her practice focuses on medical malpractice defense, representing medical providers in licensing actions and other general civil litigation defense.
