Biography:


Mr. Monson joined Kipp & Christian in 2015 and has proven to be an excellent advocate for his clients, obtaining favorable results and producing superior legal briefing and arguments. During law school, he interned in the chambers of United States District Judge David Nuffer, with Judge Royal Hansen of Utah’s Third District Court, and was a member of the Utah Law Review and Energy Law Moot Court Team. Mr. Monson adores his beautiful wife and is the proud father of three incredible children.
