Biography:
Prior to joining Kipp and Christian as an associate, Scott was an attorney with the firm of Clarkson Draper & Beckstrom in St. George, Utah where he handled a wide variety of civil litigation, real estate development, and contract matters. Prior to his years at Clarkson Draper & Beckstrom, Scott worked as a clerk for both Strong & Hanni and Kipp and Christian and served as an intern for Judge William Barrett in the Utah Third District Court. Scott re-joined Kipp and Christian in April 2008.
