Mr. Murphy joined Kipp and Christian in the fall of 2003, following 13 years of government service including: a judicial clerkship for Honorable Pamela T. Greenwood of the Utah Court of Appeals from 1990 to 1991; Assistant Attorney General, State of Utah, criminal appeals from 1991 to 1996; Deputy District Attorney, Salt Lake County, Utah, criminal and juvenile delinquency prosecution, 1996 to 2003.
