Mr. Bernstein’s practice emphasizes a wide variety of civil litigation, including commercial, products liability, construction, personal injury, insurance defense as well as civil and criminal trial practice. He tried his first case to verdict while still in law school and he has been an active practitioner before state and federal courts ever since. Mr. Bernstein joined Kipp and Christian in 2002.
